winter time

i love cooler days and nights…it forces you to relax and cozy up. relaxing is seldom these days, so i think it is a wonderful thing.

winter time might be one of my favorite times of the year…the warmth… the many hot cups of tea that i drink a day… being bundled in socks and slippers… fires lit on an early morning… and falling alsleep next to a fading fire at night…this is the time of year i slow down and appreciate the small things…. and make memories….

keep me warm…it’s a rainy day.

on this day it was pretty cold with light rain….but it was also really beautiful.

i’m the unusual person that loves rain and loves what it does to the trees… and sky… and roads.

and although these cuties were quite chilly, they’re the sweetest, loveiest couple and you would never be able to tell by the smiles on their faces.
